Apex Collective operates on a no-refund policy. Once services have been rendered or products delivered, no refunds will be issued. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing by Apex Collective.

Fulfillment Policy

Upon receiving payment for services or products, Apex Collective will fulfill the agreed-upon deliverables within a reasonable timeframe. The exact timeline for fulfillment will depend on the nature of the service or product and will be communicated to the customer upon purchase or agreement.

If there are any delays in fulfillment due to unforeseen circumstances or issues beyond our control, we will communicate promptly with the customer and work towards resolving the situation as efficiently as possible.
